Attorney Brett Tessler founded our personal injury and workers' compensation law firm in January of 2004. Our exceptionally talented legal team works to obtain compensation for injured people. We take time to meet with our clients and listen to their concerns. This allows us to understand the impact of their injuries on them and their families. Our firm offers Creole and French speaking services to serve our Haitian and French-speaking clients.

Our Attorneys

Attorney Brett Tessler graduated from George Washington University in 1989 with a B.A. in Finance. Mr. Tessler graduated from Hofstra University's School of Law in 1992. Mr. Tessler is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Attorney Kimberly Ruch-Alegant graduated from Drexel University in 1993 with a B.S. in Bioscience. Ms. Ruch-Alegant graduated from Temple University's School of Law in 1999. Prior to representing injured people, Ms. Ruch-Alegant worked in PIP subrogation, medical malpractice defense, mass tort defense, and personal injury. Ms. Ruch-Alegant is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she is a member of several organizations, including the Philadelphia Bar Association, Women in the Profession Committee, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Commission on Women in the Profession.
