Kimberly Ruch-Alegant attended Drexel University, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Bioscience. She later attended Temple University's School of Law, graduating in 1999. Ms. Ruch-Alegant has worked in various fields of law, including PIP subrogation, medical malpractice defense, mass tort defense, and personal injury. Her practice now focuses on Plaintiff's personal injury, and workers' compensation. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Ruch-Alegant is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association,Women in the Profession Committee, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Commission on Women in the Profession. She is active on several subcommittees of both Bar Associations.

Ms. Ruch-Alegant recently planned and presented a course titled "Preparing Your Witness to Testify: Tips and Techniques to Win Your Case.
